This page is a very powerful Relative Pitch ear training resource, unlike other resources Guitar-Frets allows for custom setup of the drill criteria. You can custom tailor your drill for your unique needs.
The first thing you must do is decide what type of instrument(s) you would like to hear your sound samples on. Our Relative Pitch Ear training does not use a midi player to make the sounds, our sound samples are real recordings of actual Guitars. So you can be sure that you are listening to an actual Guitar not some computer generated sound that doesn’t really resemble a Guitar at all. Under Guitar Selection above you must chose at least one instrument.
The Interval and Chords Selection allows you to choose as few or as many intervals and chords as you like. You can start very simple with only two and then slowly add more and more as you learn to identify each particular sound.
Once you have at least one instrument and two interval and/or chords selected, click on the Next button located at the lower right hand side of this page.
